Magnym: How it works
Magnym uses neuromodulators to enhance penis size without surgery. Neuromodulators (like Botox and Dysport®, among others) work by blocking nerve signals associated with specific muscle contractions. In facial wrinkles, injections prevent facial muscles from forming lines and folds in your skin, but the same action can affect muscles in other areas of your body, including the penis.
Data show Magnym may also improve erectile function by optimizing blood flow in the shaft of the penis. A recent meta-analysis of multiple studies found neuromodulator injections were associated with improvements in both penile blood flow and erection hardness score, two measures of male sexual performance and satisfaction.

In Magnym treatment, the neuromodulator solution is injected into specific muscles in the penis, relaxing those muscles and improving blood flow to the area. Once muscles are relaxed, Magnum helps enhance penile girth so the penis appears more tumescent and enlarged.

WHAT DOES MAGNYM TREAT? 1) Penile erection or tumescence is a physiological response where the penis expands and hardens to form an erection. This can happen spontaneously but is usually in response to arousal. This leads to the relaxation of the intrinsic muscles and increases blood flow to the penis. This allows the penis to become engorged and promotes an erection in preparation for sexual activity. Neuromodulation as an add-on therapy will maximize man’s erectile response in patients, regardless of whether or not they are taking medications for erectile function. In addition, these patients will benefit from the enhanced flaccid penis appearance. 2) Premature ejaculation occurs when a man reaches orgasm and ejaculates too quickly and without control. This usually occurs within 1-2 minutes after beginning foreplay or intercourse. Men and their partners experience significant distress and anxiety due to this condition. Studies have shown that neuromodulation may improve the latency time in men with premature ejaculation. A single treatment can last 6-9 months* 3) Shrinkage – Hyperactive Penile Retraction Reflex (HPRR) The flaccid penis undergoes retraction upon contraction of the muscles in and around the penis. The retraction of the penis (“turtle in the shell effect”) is most pronounced in situations of cold, stress, and upon exercising. Shrinkage, also known as Hyperactive Penile Retraction Reflex, can be a source of anxiety and embarrassment, especially when exposed to their partners or others in showers and dressing rooms. These patients often have a normal and satisfactory length in the erect state.
